Air-Fryer Polenta

How long does polenta take in the air fryer?

Polenta takes 15 to 25 minutes in an air fryer at 400°F, depending on size. Cut a roll of San Gennaro Traditional Italian, Basil & Garlic or Sun-Dried Tomato polenta into rounds, fries or cubes 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, spray with olive oil, cook in a single layer and shake the basket halfway.
