Polenta Caprese

How long do you grill polenta slices?

Grill 3/4-inch polenta slices for 8 to 10 minutes per side over medium heat, until golden. For Polenta Caprese, brush slices of San Gennaro Basil & Garlic Polenta with olive oil before grilling, then top each round with mozzarella, tomato, salt, pepper, basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
