Polenta Fries
How do you make baked polenta fries?
Cut a roll of San Gennaro Traditional Italian Polenta into 1/2-inch sticks and coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 450°F for 45 to 50 minutes, turning them halfway, until crispy and golden.

Everyone loves French Fries…. but how about Polenta Fries? Baked, not fried. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. This is an easy-to-prepare snack or appetizer. Pairs well with dipping sauces and your favorite proteins & veggies.
These are best served hot out of the oven. They won’t last long. Enjoy!
