Top griddled polenta rounds with your favorite toppings, eat as a snack, serve alongside your favorite soup, or use them as a side dish.

Ingredients

1 tube San Gennaro Polenta - flavor of choice
2 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Slice polenta into 3/4” rounds.

Brush olive oil over both sides of polenta rounds.

Heat a flat griddle or cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Place polenta rounds on the heated griddle. Cook until perfectly golden and crispy on one side, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other sides another two minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
