Top baked polenta rounds with your favorite toppings, eat as a snack, serve alongside a warm winter soup, or use them as a side dish.

Ingredients

1 tube San Gennaro Traditional Italian Polenta
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450F.

Slice polenta into 3/4” rounds.

Brush olive oil over both sides of the polenta rounds.

Place on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake until warm and golden brown, about 10 minutes per side.

Serve and enjoy!
