Air-Fryer Polenta

Polenta cubed and cooked in an air fryer

Serve air-fried polenta as a side dish in place of bread or crackers, use it as an appetizer, or think of it as a blank slate for your next great meal.

There are many ways to prepare polenta. Polenta cooked in the air fryer is as easy as 1-2-3: Pick your shape, prepare your polenta, and cook. Air-fryer-cooked polenta brings you a healthy “fried” alternative that doesn’t leave behind a big mess to clean up, saves you oven space, and allows you to crisp up polenta very quickly. So if you are looking for crispy polenta on the outside and creamy in the center - give this air-fryer polenta a try!

Serve air-fried polenta as a side dish in place of bread or crackers, use it as an appetizer, or think of it as a blank slate for your next great meal.

One last reason we love cooking polenta in the air-fryer: it’s healthier than the alternative! Polenta cooked in the air-fryer is more nutritious because it is fried in the air fryer and reduces the amount of oil used and consumed. In addition, polenta is rich in complex carbs, which will help you feel fuller longer. Polenta is also high in fiber and protein. Lastly, don’t forget that polenta is naturally gluten-free and vegan, making it great for many types of diets!

Ingredients

1 tube San Gennaro Polenta - flavor of choice
Olive oil spray
